Today I have noticed one thing from newspaper that today the day which the GATT  (General Agreement on Tariffs and trade) .

I Heard about GATT when I was studying in Fifth standard.at That time  Leftist Parties Spreaded the News that When India Signing this treaty the Future Of India Will be  Decided in USA or UK or Another Western Countries . But According To me The news was False. Through signing This India Achieved Her Toady’s Growth in the World economy

A treaty created following the conclusion of World War II. The General

Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) was implemented to further regulate world trade to aide in the economic recovery following the war. GATT's main objective was to reduce the barriers of international trade through the reduction of tariffs, quotas and subsidies.

GATT Formed in January 01, 1948. GATT Remained One of the Focal Trade Agreement until the formation of WTO (World trade Organization) on January 01, 1995
