In 5th March the Nation woke up with a Special news of mob
Lynching from Dimapur , Nagaland. A mob of 7000 – 8000 People Broke into
a prison and dragged out of a rape alleged out of the Central Jail Dimapur ,
Nagaland. And the mob paraded him naked and beat into the death.
Initially, the man was thought to be an illegal
infiltrator from Bangladesh. he accused was later named as Syed
Farid Khan, a 35 year-old used car businessman. Originally from, Karimganj
district of Assam, he had been living in Nagaland for 8 years.
He was married to a Nagaland woman for 4 years and had a three year-old
daughter. Two of his brothers were in
the Indian Army. Another brother had died in service during
the Kargil War. His father had
retired from the Military Engineering Service (MES) of the army.
The family of the accused claimed that he was
framed. One of his brothers, who also lived in Dimapur and ran a business said
the woman who had filed the case was close the accused's family and was
well-acquainted with his wife. The woman had invited Farid to a hotel with some
other persons on 23 February. She forced him to drink and demanded Rs 200,000 from him. On being refused, she filed
a case the next day.
If the person is a rape alleged or any thing
the people don’t have a right to handle the rules and regulations . here the
people themselves made their Court of law. How the people have to kill a human
being. These things states than the people lost their humanity.
Before that
we have to know about the Nagaland and Naga People. Whenever we heard
about Nagaland some facts will come to our mind . ie The state is famous for
it’s selling of Dog’s flesh and the land of people who eating insects and worms
etc. in this state the women handling and rape cases are very less . because
the cases are not reaching to the police station because the influence of
various clans is the cases are solved at the Clan courts. Naga peoples are from
different tribes . they never recognized the Indian Government as their Central Governments and India as their
Country from the period of Britishers itself.
How many of us have a knowledge about the Inner
Line Permit (ILP) is required for Indian Citizen to enter the Nagaland
State. These passes started by the
british government according to the Bengal Eastern Frontier Regulations , 1873 . for protecting the Tribal
Culture and Forest wealth etc. actually
the British government made this rule for safeguard their commercial interests. After
the Independence Indian Government Followed the same rule without any amendment
. means in Our Country we need an Internal visa from Nagaland Government
to visit Nagaland. For visiting the Foreign countries like Nepal and Bhutan
we don’t required any visa but for visiting to one of the region of India we
need visa. Dimapur is exempted from ILP. Indian citizen has permit to enter
upto Dimapur without ILP after that the ILP is required.
Ou Constitution says “ Right to Equality “ .
where is the equality ,,? In a Nation the People have two rules . it’s a
humiliation for the citizen of India.
Why Indian Government followed the British rule
without any amendment. When the Previous Governments came to power with a
brutal majority why they didn’t made an amendment. Many of my friends said that
if the people of outside Nagaland met a Nagaland Person they will ask ..
Are You Coming from India..?
This is the mentality of Naga People..
These things are a huge Humiliation to Indian
Democracy.
