ie, The Abdication Of the Throne By the Monarch Of The United Kingdom King Emperor Edward V111 .

Why The King Abdicated we will go through the History of this . 

King Edward Born For the King George V and Queen Marry on  23 June 1894 , In 1911 Edward Become the Prince of Wales , On 10 Jan 1931 he met  Mrs:  Wallis Simpson an American Socialite in a Party with her Husband. After that  he became  love with her.

Edward Succeeded his Father George V on  20th January 1936 , Edward Declared That he loved Simpson and intended to marry her whether his Government s approved or not.

Marriage was Opposed by the by the Union of Britain and dominion of British Commonwealth , many  Religious , Political , Legal and Moral issues raised against this marriage , Because As a Monarch Of United Kingdom  he is also the Head of the Church Of England whih is not allowing to marry a divorced woman if their Ex-Spouse is alive.

But Edward  Decided to marry Mrs. Simpson and Abdicated the throne , on 10^th December 1936 He Signed the Instrument Of Abdication  by Surrounded By His surviving Three Brothers.

Words of the Instrument Of Abdication :

I, Edward the Eighth, of Great Britain, Ireland, and the British Dominions beyond the Seas, King, Emperor of India, do hereby declare My irrevocable determination to renounce the Throne for Myself and for My descendants, and My desire that effect should be given to this Instrument of Abdication immediately

Edward was given the title His Royal Highness the Duke of Windsor following his abdication
